Healthy SkinWrinkle Cream go hand in hand together. We all want healthy skin without the use of wrinkle cream.

Getting older without looking older. We would all like to stay young looking and never have wrinkles. We face everyone with our face. As others see us they make the determination about how we are perceived.

Wrinkles, whether you call them wrinkles or character lines, they are still wrinkles. Wrinkles equal old age. We don’t like wrinkles. Wrinkles are caused by plain old aging.

Did you know that facial expressions has a part in forming wrinkles. Frowning makes more wrinkles than does smiling.

Smoking makes the skin more prone to wrinkling and also by dragging on a cigarette will make ugly lines around your mouth in a few years.

Use sun block with an SPF of no less than 15. Too much exposure to the sun is second only in aging as the primary cause of premature aging.

Wear sunglasses. The bright sun makes you squint and squinting causes those lines around the eyes.

Make sure you eat a healthy diet. Follow the food guide. Eating lots of fibre, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

Most important one…drink water. Stay well hydrated helps your skin from drying out. Drink eight to ten glasses per day.

Even though we cannot stop aging but we can do these simple steps to help us grow old gracefully.

What Are Wrinkles?

1.The epidermis
2.The dermis
3.The subcutaneous

Young skin has no wrinkles because it holds moisture well. Young skin also has a level of elasticity that stretches easily. The dermis, called the middle layer, contains fibers called elastin and a protein called collagen.

As we age, the dermis loses both the elastin and collagen. Our skin gets thinner and becomes drier because the dermis has a harder time to get moisture.

The subcutaneous layer known as the inner layer has fat. As we age the inner layer loses fat and the skin begins to sag.

The largest organ of our body is called the skin. The main function of our skin is the protection. Our skin is composed of cell layers, nerves, and glands that protect us from the outside world.
